Key takeaways
- Open Apps, click Manage on your app, and choose the Offers tab.
- You can turn Tasks or Offers off, set a minimum payout per offer in US dollars, and hide whole categories.
- The same filters apply to your offerwall and to the Offers API, so every filter you add means fewer offers for your users.
How do I choose which offers my users see?
Go to Apps, click Manage next to your app, and open the Offers tab. Choose your Offer types, a Minimum payout per offer, and the categories under Hide these categories, then click Save changes.
The filters apply to your offerwall, the floating button, the direct link, and the Offers API. Publisher applications open soon, and the Offers tab is available once your app is approved.
Step by step
- In the sidebar under Publish, click Apps.
- Click Manage next to the app.
- In the row of tabs, click Offers. The panel says “Choose which offers your users see”.
- Under Offer types, tick the types you want to show:
- Tasks: users do an action and send proof.
- Offers: users reach goals in an app or on a site, confirmed by the advertiser.
- In Minimum payout per offer, type the lowest amount in US dollars that an offer must pay you, for example 0.05. Offers that pay you less are hidden. Leave it at 0 to show every offer. You can enter up to 100, with up to 3 decimals. For offers with several steps, the total of all steps counts.
- Under Hide these categories, tick every category that does not fit your audience. The choices are: Website or landing page, Mobile app, Game, Online service or SaaS, Product or online store, Social media page, Community or server, Sign-up or lead, Sweepstakes or giveaway, and Other.
- Click Save changes. A “Saved.” message confirms it.
Tip: filter as little as you can
More offers mean more chances for each user to find one they finish. Hide only what really does not fit your audience, and check your Top offers before you raise the minimum payout.
On a phone
Tap Apps in the tab bar at the bottom, then Manage. Swipe the row of app tabs sideways if you do not see Offers. The two columns of the tab are shown one under the other.
What happens next
- Changes apply right away. Users who already have the offerwall open see them as soon as the list reloads.
- Offers hidden by your filters are also left out of the Offers API response for your app, so you do not need to filter them again in your own code. Build your own offerwall with an Offers API shows how to sort and group what is left.
- Your filters work on top of the usual rules. Users still only see the offers available for their country and device.
If something goes wrong
- “Keep at least one offer type on.” You unticked both Tasks and Offers. Tick at least one.
- “Enter an amount from 0 to 100 dollars, for example 0.05.” The minimum payout has letters, more than 3 decimals, or is above 100.
- Fewer offers than expected. Check this tab first, then your country and device. Also check Reward rounding in the Currency tab: offers that would give your user 0 after rounding are not shown. How to set your virtual currency exchange rate helps you pick a rate that avoids this.
The technical details are in the docs under Choose which offers your users see. To learn what tasks and offers send to your server, read How the Sharklio offerwall works.

Frequently asked questions
Do these filters apply to the Offers API?
Yes. Offer types, the minimum payout, and hidden categories apply to your offerwall and to the Offers API of the same app.
Is the minimum payout what my user gets or what I get?
What you get, in US dollars. What your user sees in your currency depends on your rate and split in the Currency tab.
Can I hide one single offer?
Not in the Offers tab. You can filter by type, minimum payout, and category.
Can I use different filters for my website and my mobile app?
Filters belong to one app. If you need different filters for two places, add a second app for the other place.
