Key takeaways

  • Save drafts freely. Nothing goes live until you submit and our team approves it.
  • Start with a few countries and a clear bid, then expand once completions come in.
  • Pick an approval window you can actually keep, because late completions are approved automatically.

Open the builder

In your dashboard, open Campaigns and choose New campaign. The builder has three sections: Basics, Targeting and bids, and Budget and rules. The panel on the right shows a live preview of your task in the offerwall and a checklist that turns green as each section is complete.

1. Basics

  • Title. Short and specific, for example "Follow our Instagram page". This is the first thing users read.
  • What you are promoting. Pick the category that fits best. It helps users find your task.
  • Thumbnail. Optional, but tasks with a clear image stand out. Use a 16:9 image up to 5MB.
  • Instructions. Numbered steps work best. Say exactly what counts as done.
  • Starting link. If the task starts on a specific page, require the starting link so users land in the right place.
  • Proof. Choose screenshot, text, or both, and describe precisely what the proof must show.

2. Targeting and bids

All countries start out excluded. Use the quick add buttons, such as Tier 1 or Europe, or search for individual countries. Every country you add gets its own bid row, so you can pay more where a completion is worth more to you.

Under Audience you can limit the campaign to desktop or mobile, to specific operating systems and browsers, and to an age range. Leave a filter empty to include everyone. For a first campaign, broad targeting with sensible bids usually gives you data faster.

3. Budget and rules

  • Total budget stops the campaign when spend reaches it. Set 0 for no limit.
  • Hourly and daily caps spread spend over time, which is useful for high-volume tasks.
  • Frequency cap decides whether the same person can repeat the task.
  • Approval window is how long you have to review each completion, from 30 minutes to 3 days.
  • Notes for our review team are never shown to users. Add anything that helps us check the offer quickly.

Submit or save a draft

Accept the campaign rules, then choose Submit for review. You need a balance of at least $1 to submit. If your balance is lower, save a draft and come back later. You will get a notification when the review is done.

Before you submit, it is worth reading Write instructions that pass review and Set bids by country.

Frequently asked questions

Can I prepare a campaign before my balance is ready?

Yes. You can save a draft with any balance and submit it for review once your balance is at least $1.

What is the difference between a task and a click campaign?

A task campaign pays for an action, such as a sign-up or a follow, with proof that you review. A click campaign pays for a visit that stays on your page for the view time you choose, from 5 to 60 seconds, with no proof to review.

Can I change a campaign after it goes live?

Yes. Changes to targeting, bids, caps, budget, and notes apply right away. Editing the title, instructions, starting link, or proof requirement sends the campaign back to our team for review.

What size should the thumbnail be?

Use a 16:9 image up to 5MB. The thumbnail is optional, but tasks with a clear image stand out.
