Key takeaways
- The Dashboard shows your last 30 days against the 30 days before, your Next payout progress, earnings by offer type, and your Top offers.
- Reports has three lists: Conversions, Chargebacks, and Postbacks. Each has filters, totals for those filters, and Export CSV.
- Payments shows what is available, your minimum payout and payment terms, and a Monthly statement with chargebacks taken off.
Where do you find your publisher numbers?
Click Dashboard for your last 30 days at a glance. For every single result, open Reports in the sidebar and choose Conversions, Chargebacks, or Postbacks. For your money, open Payments under Account.
Publisher applications open soon. Your numbers fill in once an approved app has users. To pull the same numbers into your own tools, use the Reporting API.
Step by step: the Dashboard
- Click Dashboard at the top of the sidebar. Until your setup is done, the top shows Getting started with a link to the next step.
- On the right of the top area, the Next payout box shows your balance, how much is left to reach the $25 minimum (“to go”), and a progress bar. Once you reach it, the box says Ready and Next payout by a date. Click the box to open Payments.
- Under Last 30 days, four cards compare the last 30 days with the 30 days before. Hover over or tap the info icon next to each title to see what it counts:
- Clicks: how many times users started an offer on your offerwall.
- Revenue: credited earnings.
- Conversions: credited conversions. Each step of a multi-step offer counts on its own.
- Conversion rate: share of clicks that led to at least one credited conversion.
- If you have more than one app, use the All apps menu next to Last 30 days to see one app.
- The Earnings panel shows your credited earnings per day, split into Tasks and Offers, with the 30-day total.
- The Top offers panel ranks offers by earnings and shows EPC (earnings per click) and CVR (conversion rate). Switch between Yours and All of Sharklio, and between Today, 7 days, and 30 days. All of Sharklio ranks offers that are live now by what they earned for all publishers.
If your users reached offers in more than one way, a By integration table shows clicks, conversions, earnings, conversion rate, and EPC for each. Clicks and results of the test user owner-test are never counted. New to these terms? Read eCPM and EPC explained.
Step by step: Reports
- In the sidebar under Reports, click one of the three lists:
- Conversions: every offer your users completed. Totals: Credited conversions, Earnings, Average payout, and Pending. Each row has the date, app, user, offer with its transaction ID, country, status (Credited, Pending, Rejected, or Reversed), reward, and payout.
- Chargebacks: conversions that were reversed after they were credited. Totals: Chargebacks, Amount, and Users. Each row shows when it was reversed, when it was credited, and the reason if one was given.
- Postbacks: every call we made to your postback URL. Totals: Calls, Delivered, and Failed. Each row shows the event, your server’s HTTP code or No answer, and Details with the URL and the response.
- Use the filters above the list: App (if you have more than one), From, To, and on Postbacks also Result (Delivered or Failed). The list and the totals update as you change them.
- When the list has entries, click Export CSV at the top right to download the list with your current filters, up to 50,000 rows. The file is named after the report, the app, and the dates, for example
sharklio-conversions-all-apps-all-time_to_2026-10-01.csv, orsharklio-postbacks-my-rewards-site-2026-09-01_to_2026-09-30.csvfor one app and a date range.
Tip: check failed postbacks every week
On Postbacks, set Result to Failed. Any real event there means a user may be missing a reward. See How to resend a failed postback.
Step by step: Payments
- Click Payments under Account in the sidebar, or click Earnings in the top bar.
- Read the five tiles: the current month so far (earnings this month), Available (not paid out yet), Total paid (all time), Minimum payout (with how much is to go), and Payment terms (for example Net-30, which means paid within 30 days after month end).
- Under Monthly statement, each month shows Conversions, Earnings, Chargebacks, and Net. The current month is In progress, and past months are Closed.
- Once you have payouts, a Payouts table lists each one with its date, method, status (Requested, Processing, Paid, or Rejected), and amount.
Earnings confirmed in a calendar month are paid within your payment term after that month ends. Amounts below $25 carry over, and reversed results are deducted. Read Publisher earnings, settlement, and reversals for the details.
On a phone
Use the tab bar at the bottom: Dashboard, Apps, Reports, and Payments. The Reports tab opens Conversions. Chargebacks and Postbacks are in the sidebar on a larger screen, and the postback report link in your app’s Postback tab opens the failed postbacks. Each table row shows as a card with labels.

Frequently asked questions
Why do the Dashboard and my reports show different numbers?
The Dashboard covers the last 30 days, counts only credited results, and leaves out the test user. Reports list every result, including pending and rejected ones, for the dates you choose.
Why is a conversion Pending?
The result is still being checked. It moves to Credited or Rejected, and only credited results add to your earnings.
Where do chargebacks count on the Monthly statement?
In the month the result was reversed, not the month it was first credited.
Can I get these numbers through an API?
Yes. The Reporting API returns clicks, conversions, earnings, conversion rate, and EPC by day, country, offer, or sub ID, plus the list of transactions, using your app’s API key.
Can I export only one app?
Yes. Choose the app in the App filter first, then click Export CSV.
