Who can apply
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, because a publisher account involves payments and a binding agreement. If you apply for a company, you must be allowed to act on its behalf.
You do not need a second account to publish. Every Sharklio account has an advertiser side and a publisher side, and you switch between them at the top of your dashboard. The publisher side opens once our team approves your application.
What we review
We review you and each property where you want to show the offerwall, and we may ask you to register every property separately. We look at:
- A real audience. Genuine people who use your website, app, game, or community for its own sake.
- Your terms and privacy notice. They should explain how users earn and receive rewards, and your privacy notice must cover the data that reaches Sharklio when users open the wall.
- Your content. No adult, illegal, or infringing content around the offerwall.
- Age. End users must be at least 16. Tell us if your audience is adult, because age-restricted offers only run on properties we approve for them.
Placement rules
Show the offerwall openly, somewhere users know what they are opening. It must never be placed:
- inside hidden iframes, pop-ups, or pop-unders,
- behind a paywall,
- next to adult, illegal, or infringing content,
- in any context that misdescribes what a user must do to earn a reward.
Do not present Sharklio as your own product, and do not hide that the offers are supplied by third parties. Once you are live, the traffic quality rules decide which completions count.
