When you earn

You earn when a completion on your wall is approved. For tasks created on Sharklio, that happens when the advertiser approves the completion, or when its approval window ends without a decision. Offers from third-party partners are confirmed on the partner’s own schedule, so some results take longer to confirm than others.

Revenue share and settlement

Your revenue share, settlement period, invoicing, and minimum payable amount are shown in your publisher dashboard or agreed with you in writing. If your confirmed earnings for a period are below the minimum, they carry over to the next settlement.

Reversals and chargebacks

A result can be rejected or reversed after it was reported, for example for fraud, false information, or not meeting the offer requirements. The amount is then deducted from your balance or offset against your next settlement. Make sure your own terms let you remove the matching reward from your user. Clean traffic keeps reversals rare, so follow the traffic quality rules for publishers.

Postbacks and reporting

Approved results reach you through server-to-server callbacks and appear in your reports. Our records are the reference for settlement, so keep your own logs and compare them regularly. If you find a discrepancy, raise it with [email protected] within 30 days of the period in question.

If your account closes

Confirmed earnings that are not connected to a breach of our terms remain payable after your account closes, and the liability limit in our terms never reduces them.
