How Long Rewards Take
The time depends on the type of offer. Every reward shows its status in History on the offerwall.

The advertiser checks your proof. History shows the deadline, and a task that is not reviewed by then is approved automatically.

What to Check First
Most missing rewards come down to one of these. Run through the list before you send a report.
You met every requirement
New users only, the exact level, sign-up, or purchase, and the right country. Read the steps again on the offer page.
You started from the offerwall
Tap Start on the offerwall every time. Opening the app or site directly means the advertiser cannot see that you came from us.
Same device and browser
Finish on the device where you tapped Start, and do not clear cookies or switch browsers in between.
No VPN, proxy, or blockers
VPNs, ad blockers, and tracking blockers can hide your completion from the advertiser, and many offers do not reward VPN traffic.
It was your first time
Most offers pay once per person. If you used the app or service before, it usually does not count.
You finished in time
Complete the offer within the time it shows. Started tasks expire if the proof is not sent in time.
You waited 24 hours
Some advertisers confirm completions once or twice a day, so a reward can arrive the next day.
You checked History
History on the offerwall shows every offer you started and its status, so you know what happened.
What Each Status Means
Open History on the offerwall to see where each offer stands.
- In progress
- You started it, and the advertiser has not confirmed a step yet.
- Pending review
- You sent proof for a task, and the advertiser is checking it.
- Credited
- Your reward was confirmed and sent to the site.
- Rejected
- The advertiser found a requirement was not met. Tasks can be disputed.
- Disputed
- You disputed a rejected task, and it is being reviewed again.
- Reversed
- A credited reward was taken back, for example after a refund or fraud.
- Expired
- The time to finish a started offer or task ran out.

How long does it take to get a reward from an offer?
Most offers are credited within minutes after the advertiser confirms the step you reached. Some advertisers confirm in batches, so allow up to 24 hours before you report a reward as missing.
I completed an offer but did not get my reward. What should I do?
Wait 24 hours, then open History on the offerwall. If the offer still shows In progress or Expired, or is not listed, report it with the form on this page. Include your user ID, the offer name, and the date you completed it.
Where do I find my user ID?
Open the offerwall, go to History, and open How rewards work. Your ID is shown there with a Copy button. The Report a missing reward button next to it opens this form with your ID already filled in.
Why was my reward rejected or reversed?
The advertiser found that a requirement was not met, for example a returning user, a VPN, or a refunded purchase. A rejected task can be disputed within 72 hours in My disputes on the offerwall. For offers, report it with the form on this page and we check it with the advertiser.
History says Credited, but my balance on the site did not change. Who can help?
The site or app you use pays your rewards. Sharklio has already reported the reward to it, so contact the support of that site and mention the offer and the date.
Can Sharklio guarantee a missing reward?
We review every report and contact the advertiser when needed, but the records of the advertiser decide whether an offer was completed. If they confirm it, the reward is credited and the site receives it automatically.
How long does it take to answer a report?
We usually reply by email within a few business days. Reports that need an answer from the advertiser can take longer, and we keep you updated.
