How to Read Your Campaign Statistics

Key takeaways

  • Open Statistics in the sidebar, then choose Today, 7 days, 30 days, All time or Custom, and a campaign if you have more than one.
  • Each card compares the period with the one before, and the info icon next to each label explains exactly what it counts.
  • Use the funnel to see where users drop off, Top countries to see where your money goes, and Best hours to plan your reviews.

Where are your campaign statistics?

Click Statistics in the sidebar, under Advertise. The page shows how your campaigns perform, compared with the period before. For one campaign at a glance, open Campaigns and click the campaign title.

Step by step

  1. Click Statistics in the sidebar. From the Dashboard, you can also click Detailed statistics.
  2. Choose a time range in the top right: Today, 7 days, 30 days or All time. The page opens on 30 days.
  3. For other dates, click Custom. In the Custom date range window, pick From and To, then click Show stats. A custom range can cover up to a year.
  4. If you have more than one campaign, use the dropdown next to the range. It starts on All campaigns; pick one campaign and the page reloads with its figures.
  5. Hover over or tap the small info icon next to any label to see exactly what it counts.

The key figure cards

  • Spent: what you paid in this period.
  • Submitted: completions users sent, whatever the result.
  • Approved: completions you approved or that were approved automatically.
  • Approval rate: approved out of all reviewed task completions. Offers are not reviewed, so they do not count here.
  • Avg. cost: the average cost of an approved completion.

The small badge on each card compares the period with the one before, for example with the previous 30 days. With Today, it compares with yesterday up to the same time. Spent and Approved count on the day a completion was decided, and Submitted counts on the day it was sent.

If you run multi-step offer campaigns, the labels change to match: Conversions and Credited steps for offers only, or Results and Paid when you run tasks and offers together.

Performance, Funnel and the lists

  • Performance shows one line by day. Switch between Spend, Submitted and Approved with the buttons above the chart. Under it you see the Total, the Best day and the number of Active days. With All time, the chart shows the last 30 days, and with Today, the last 7.
  • Funnel goes from Offer starts, the times users opened one of your campaigns on an offerwall, to Submitted and then Approved. Each step shows its share of the step before, so a big drop tells you where users give up.
  • Top countries shows where your spend goes, with the amount, its share and the number of completions. Read it next to your bids: Set bids by country explains when to raise or lower a country.
  • Top campaigns shows where most of your budget goes. It is hidden when you filter to one campaign.
  • Best hours is a grid by weekday and hour. The stronger the color, the more completions came in, from Less to More in the legend. Times are server time (Budapest).

Tip: plan your reviews with Best hours

If most completions arrive in the evening, review the next morning and choose an approval window that covers the gap. Approval windows: how to choose one and review on time helps you pick one.

Statistics for a single campaign

Open Campaigns and click a campaign title. At the top you see all-time cards: Spent with your total budget under it, Approved, Waiting for you and Rejected. Further down:

  • Sources lists the sites and apps your users come from, with Started, Results, Approved, Rejected and Spent. For task campaigns it has its own range picker, which starts on All time. Click Block to stop showing the campaign to a source’s users.
  • Latest completions shows the newest ones. Click View all to open them on the Completions page.

On the Campaigns list, each card also has Details and stats. Open it to see Completed, Waiting for review, Rejected, Disputes and Reserved balance, next to the budget, spent amount and caps, and click Refresh for the latest numbers. Campaign budgets and caps explained covers what the budget figures mean.

On your phone

The sidebar is hidden on small screens. Tap Account in the bottom bar and choose Statistics under Quick links, or tap Detailed statistics on the Dashboard. The range buttons and the campaign dropdown sit at the top of the page, and the custom date window opens over the page.

If the numbers look wrong

  • Everything is empty. The charts fill up once users complete your campaigns. Check that the campaign is Active, and try All time.
  • The campaign dropdown is missing. It only appears when you have more than one campaign.
  • Spent here differs from your balance. Statistics count what was charged. Amounts on hold for undecided completions are shown on the Balance page instead, as Balance holds explained describes.

Frequently asked questions

How far back can I look?

All time covers everything. A custom range can be up to a year long and cannot end in the future.

Why is the Approval rate card missing?

It only counts reviewed task completions. If you run offer campaigns only, there is nothing to review, so the card is hidden.

What time zone do the statistics use?

Server time (Budapest), as noted under Best hours.

Why do Spent and Approved change after the period ended?

They count on the day a completion was decided, not the day it was sent. A completion sent on Monday and approved on Wednesday adds to Wednesday’s spend.

Can I export my statistics?

The Statistics page has no export. On the Completions page, Export CSV downloads the completions in the tab and campaign you have selected.
