Where do you approve or reject completions?
Click Completions in the sidebar. The Waiting for you tab shows each completion with its proof and two buttons: Approve and Reject. On a phone, tap Review in the bottom bar.
This guide is the click path. For how to choose an approval window and when a rejection is fair, read Approval windows: how to choose one and review on time. For what happens after a user objects, read How to handle completion disputes.
Step by step
- Click Completions in the sidebar. The number next to it is how many are waiting for you.
- Stay on the Waiting for you tab. The other tabs are Approved, Rejected and All.
- Narrow the list if you need to: pick a campaign in All campaigns, switch Newest first to Oldest first to clear the oldest ones before their window ends, or search by Completion # or campaign. Clear filters resets them.
- Read the history of the completion. User sent the proof shows the text proof and the screenshot. The last line says when it is approved automatically if you do not decide.
- Click the screenshot to see it full size in a window over the page. Close it with the X in the corner or by clicking outside the image.
- Compare it with your requirements. Click the completion title to open its own page, then open What you asked for to see the proof requirement you wrote.
- Check the facts on the right: User ID, Source, Country, Device, Completion time, Tasks last 24h and, if your task has a starting link, Clicked on link.
- If the proof meets your requirements, click Approve. You see Completion #123 approved and paid. with its number.
- If it clearly fails them, click Reject. In the window, pick a Quick reason or write your own in Reason for the user, at least 10 characters. Click Reject completion.
There is no bulk approve or reject. You decide each completion on its own card.
Tip: name the exact thing that is missing
The user sees your reason and can dispute it for 72 hours. A reason like “The screenshot does not show the required username” holds up far better than “Invalid”. How to write rejection reasons users accept explains when each quick reason fits, and Fake proof screenshots: how to spot them before you pay helps with doubtful cases.
Answer a dispute
- Click Disputes in the sidebar. The count next to it shows disputes waiting for your answer.
- On the Waiting for you tab, read the history: the proof, your rejection, and the user’s dispute with any new screenshot.
- If the user is right, click Accept and pay. The completion is approved and charged.
- If the rejection stands, click Keep the rejection, explain why in Why the rejection stands, at least 15 characters, and click Send to Sharklio staff.
The other tabs, With Sharklio staff, Accepted, Rejection kept and All disputes, let you follow each case. If you do not answer within 72 hours, the dispute goes to Sharklio staff.
On your phone
Tap Review in the bottom bar to open Completions, and Disputes to open the Disputes page. Each completion is a card: scroll past the history to the facts and the Approve and Reject buttons. Tap a screenshot to view it full size.
What happens next
- Approved: the cost is charged and the user is credited. The completion moves to the Approved tab.
- Rejected: nothing is charged yet. The user can dispute for 72 hours, and the cost stays on hold until the rejection is final.
- Not decided in time: it is approved automatically and charged when the window ends.
To check a past decision, open the Approved, Rejected or All tab and click History on a row. To keep a record, click Export CSV at the top of the page.

Frequently asked questions
Can I approve several completions at once?
No. Each completion has its own Approve and Reject buttons, so you check every proof before you pay.
Can I change my decision later?
No. Once you approve, the completion is paid. After a rejection, only the user’s dispute can reopen it.
Why does it say This completion was already decided?
It was decided before your click, usually because the approval window ended and it was approved automatically.
How long can I see the screenshots?
We keep proof screenshots for 90 days. After that, the history shows that the screenshot was deleted.
Where do I find completions for one campaign?
Pick it in the All campaigns filter, or open the campaign and click View all under Latest completions.
