How to use the offerwall earnings calculator
Start with the number of people who use your property in a month. Then estimate how many of them will open the wall, how many of those will finish at least one offer, and what you earn on average per completion. The calculator multiplies the chain and takes out reversed results, so you see a monthly figure, a yearly figure, and earnings per 1,000 active users, the number that lets you compare walls and placements fairly.
The default values are only a starting point for the math, not averages. Your country mix, the offers available on your users’ devices, and your placement move every one of them.
The formula behind the estimate
Monthly revenue = active users x open rate x completion rate x average payout x (1 - reversal rate)
Revenue per 1,000 users = monthly revenue / active users x 1,000
Because the factors multiply, doubling any one of them doubles the result. That is good news: you do not need twice the traffic to earn twice as much.
The levers you control
- Open rate. The biggest lever and the fastest to change. A wall next to the user’s balance or inside your store is opened far more often than one hidden in a footer. Offerwall placement shows where to put it.
- Completion rate. Clear labels, a rewarding exchange rate, and fast, visible rewards turn browsers into earners. How to set your virtual currency exchange rate covers the rate side.
- Reversals. Clean traffic keeps more of what you earn. Duplicate accounts and VPN users cost you the payout later, so stop multi-accounting early.
The average payout depends mostly on where your users are and which offers they choose, which you influence less directly. Tier 1, 2 and 3 countries explains why the same user earns more in some markets.
How to read the result
Treat the estimate as a range, not a promise. Offer earnings are concentrated: a small group of active earners usually brings most of the revenue, and some results are confirmed days after the offer. Measure your real numbers for a few weeks after launch, then put them back into the calculator to plan the next change. eCPM and EPC explained covers the metrics you will track.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an offerwall pay per user?
It varies widely by country, device, and placement, so there is no honest single number. Use earnings per 1,000 active users from your own data, and treat any figure you read elsewhere as someone else’s audience.
What is a good open rate for an offerwall?
One you improve over time. Compare placements against each other on your own traffic, because the open rate depends mostly on where the entry sits and how it is labeled.
Why are my offerwall earnings lower than the estimate?
Usually because fewer users open the wall than expected, the offers available in your users’ countries pay less, or results are still pending. Check each factor separately and fix the weakest one first.
Does the calculator include my users’ share?
The payout field is what you earn per completion. What you pass on to users as currency comes out of that, so set your user split with the virtual currency calculator.
