A prepaid balance

Campaigns on Sharklio are funded from a prepaid advertiser balance. You top it up in advance, and it is only used to pay for your campaigns. Balance top-ups open in Phase 2 of our roadmap, and the supported payment methods will be announced before launch.

When you are charged

  • When you approve a completion, the bid for that user country is deducted.
  • When a completion is approved automatically at the end of your approval window, it is deducted the same way.
  • Rejected completions and impressions are never charged.

You need a balance of at least $1 to submit a campaign for review. You can create and save drafts with any balance, so you can prepare campaigns before you top up.

When your balance runs low

If your balance cannot cover the next completion, active campaigns are paused until you add funds. Spend caps and a total budget help you avoid surprises.

Refunds and withdrawals

Top-ups are final. Your balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash, including when a campaign ends or your account is closed, except where the law requires otherwise. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
